Training as a Service

Capability that stays
long after we leave.

We design training programmes around measurable outcomes. building skills your people can apply immediately and retain permanently.

Programmes

Two core training tracks.

Track 01

Cybersecurity Awareness

Practical security training built for teams that are not technical but carry real risk. We cover how cyberattacks happen in practice, how to recognise phishing and social engineering, safe data handling, password management, and what to do when something goes wrong. Delivered in plain language, grounded in real scenarios, and adapted to your organisation's threat environment. Available for all staff levels, with a more advanced track for team leads and managers.

Track 02

Using AI Responsibly

AI tools are already in most workplaces whether organisations have planned for it or not. This programme helps teams understand what AI tools can and cannot do, how to use them effectively, and where the risks lie around data privacy, accuracy, bias, and accountability. We cover practical use of AI in everyday work alongside judgement and habits needed to use it without creating new problems. Designed for non-technical staff and available as a standalone session or a deeper programme.

Delivery Formats

Training on your terms.

Format 01

On-site

Facilitated in-person workshops and masterclasses at your premises. Best suited for team cohesion, hands-on practice, and high-engagement learning moments.

Format 02

Remote

Live instructor-led sessions delivered over video conferencing. Maintains the interactivity of classroom training without geographic constraints.

Format 03

Asynchronous

Self-paced digital content delivered through your LMS or ours. Learners progress on their own schedule, with built-in assessments and completion tracking.

Format 04

Hybrid

A structured blend of in-person and digital delivery. Combines the depth of live instruction with the flexibility and scalability of self-paced content.

How We Design Training

From gap to capability.

01

Needs Analysis

We begin by understanding your current capability levels, desired outcomes, and the conditions under which learning needs to happen.

02

Curriculum Design

We develop a structured learning path with clear objectives, content modules, and assessment criteria aligned to role requirements.

03

Content Development

Facilitator guides, learner workbooks, digital assets, and assessments are developed to the required format and quality standard.

04

Delivery & Evaluation

Training is delivered, assessed, and evaluated against the original learning objectives. Findings inform future iterations.

Digital Learning Infrastructure

Building institutions
ready for digital learning.

We implement systems, processes, and capabilities that allow educational institutions and organisations to deliver learning at scale. reliably and sustainably.

The Challenge

Why digital learning implementations fail

Most institutions do not lack ambition for digital learning. they lack the implementation depth to turn that ambition into operational reality. Systems are selected without stakeholder alignment, content is migrated without pedagogical consideration, and educators are left without the skills to use new platforms effectively. The result: technology investment that sits unused.

The Quanza Approach

End-to-end implementation that actually works

We treat digital learning infrastructure as a change management challenge, not a technology deployment. Our engagements cover selection, configuration, content strategy, educator training, and ongoing optimisation. ensuring the platform becomes a genuine part of institutional life rather than a parallel system that competes with familiar habits.

Institutions We Serve

Built for every type of learning organisation.

01

Schools

Primary and secondary schools establishing digital learning capabilities, managing student learning management, and equipping teachers with digital tools.

02

Universities & Colleges

Higher education institutions scaling online and blended course delivery, managing complex learner cohorts, and building institutional digital learning strategy.

03

Vocational Training Institutions

Technical and vocational organisations digitising practical curricula, delivering competency-based assessments, and managing industry partnership learning programmes.

04

NGOs & Development Organisations

Non-governmental and international development organisations delivering training programmes across distributed geographies and low-connectivity environments.

05

Corporate Academies

Large organisations building internal learning functions, onboarding programmes, and compliance training infrastructure that scales with headcount.

06

Professional Bodies

Membership organisations and professional associations delivering continuing professional development, certification programmes, and member education at scale.

Implementation Process

Four phases to a working learning environment.

01

Assessment & Strategy

We assess your current infrastructure, learner needs, and institutional goals to produce a digital learning strategy and platform recommendation.

02

Platform Setup

Platform configuration, user management, integration with existing systems, and technical setup for optimal performance.

03

Content Migration

Course migration, digital asset development, and content optimisation for your chosen learning platform.

04

Training & Support

Educator training, ongoing technical support, and continuous improvement based on usage analytics and feedback.
