Where the name comes from
The word quanta refers to the smallest possible unit of something. The idea that even the largest systems are built from discrete, irreducible pieces. In technology, that principle plays out every day: most complex digital transformation is always made up of individual decisions, individual tools, individual people making individual changes.
We named ourselves Quanza because we believe that is exactly where good consulting work starts. Not with grand blueprints, but with the smallest meaningful intervention. The right system. The right process. The right capability. Once that first piece is right, everything built on top of it has a chance to hold.
